In 2008, I had an opportunity to have a one-on-one time to study and train with Orthopedic Surgeon Charles Kenny, MD, author of the book Natural Flexibility. In 2010, I acquired my certification as a Natural Flexibility Trainer, currently the only trainer under Dr. Kenny in the country, and I have been incorporating Flexibility Training in my work with clients to help them increase flexibility, strength, balance and control.
For the past 16 years, as a Massage Therapist, I have used my professional skills to help individuals improve their ability to move with ease and reduce the effects of stress in tense and tired muscles.
Ideal Flexibility offers the ability to schedule time on an individual and group flexibility training basis.
is designed to enhance the mind body connection through mindful touch to help replace tension with a sense of health and well-being and allow greater freedom of movement, translating into a higher quality of life.
I am passionate about my practice and work because I see people every day living with pain and discomfort that can often be reduced or eliminated with safe, natural, and effective Therapeutic Massage and exercises without resorting to drugs or surgery.
I am excited about what happens when people realize how much healthier they can be!
