- Rick spent one-on-one time to study and train with Orthopedic Surgeon Charles Kenny, MD, author of the book Natural Flexibility. In 2010, Rick Hall acquired his certification as a Natural Flexibility Trainer, currently the only trainer under Dr. Kenny in the country, and he has been incorporating Flexibility Training in his work with clients to help them increase flexibility, strength, balance, and control.
